Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Effective Date: November 1, 2025
BlkVision Media Plus (“BVM+”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users and content partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512, BVM+ will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the law.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used or shared on our platform without authorization, please submit a written notice that includes:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material alleged to be infringing, including its specific URL or location on BVM+.
4. Contact information of the complaining party (name, address, phone number, and email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant or their agent.
Counter-notices should be sent to the same DMCA Agent listed above.
3. Repeat Infringers
BVM+ reserves the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers or who violate this policy.
4. Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, BVM+ will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who uploaded it.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
